Refund Policy for All Things Ecommerce

Pre-built and turnkey stores will have the ownership transferred to the client/customer (you) after the invoice is paid. There are no refunds after ownership has been transferred.

Website development and design projects are paid 50% down to start services. Once the project is complete, the remaining balance is due. After the remaining balance is paid, website ownership will be transferred to the customer along with any relevant files. Refunds are not allowed after site ownership has been transferred.
